Former Assistant Music officer at the Music Office under the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong government, Tony graduated from Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts and Baptist University. He has over 28 years of teaching and recognized orchestral performance experiences as both first and second violinist.

Tony has extensive orchestral experience as Principal and Assistant Principal in violin and viola, also Assistant Conductor, and extensive experience in orchestral management and youth music development such as the New Territories Youth Strings Orchestra and Kowloon Youth Strings Orchestra.

In June 2018, he was awarded the Austrian theatre price alongside with Global Symphony Orchestra and Maestro Mak Ka-Lok. Tony has collaborative with various Orchestra, including Pan Asia Symphony, the Greater Bay Philharmonic, Chinese National Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong Orchestra.

As an avid chamber musician, he has played with various ensemble groups and collaborated with Hong Kong singers such as Alan Tam, Jacky Cheung, Hacken Lee and Ivana Wong, and has performed multiple times on TVB, the Hong Kong television broadcasting company.
