
Refund Policy
Shipping your Return back to the Pro-Music Store
All returned items must be in the original condition as you purchased it, in original packaging, with all manuals and warranty card. Returns should show no signs of wear or abuse otherwise the return will be refused.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee except for shipping errors on our part or manufacture defective items (restocking fee rate at Pro-Music Store's sole and arbitrary discretion). The actual freight charge for both ways will be deducted from your refund on top of the restocking fee.
Return within 7 days
All the item(s) must be returned in its original condition along with your receipt or packing slip that came with the order within 7 days of the date you receive your order.
Return Exceptions
Mouthpieces, woodwind instruments, brass instruments, open packages of reeds, harmonicas, software, headphones, ear plugs, microphones, cartridges, opened strings, print music, books, CD's, videos and limited edition items may not be returned under any circumstances.
